What exactly is a health coach?

A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority who helps clients feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, Health Coaches tailor individualized wellness programs to meet their clients' needs.

Why are health coaches needed?

With a deep understanding of nutrition and wellness, health coaches delve deeper with either half hour or hour long consultations. I strive to help my clients achieve lasting changes they can feel excited about. 

What will we go over on our calls?

That varies with everyone. Whether you'd like to lose weight, change your relationship with food, better understand a food allergy and/or trigger, improve digestion, lower stress, and more, I can help. I take a holistic approach to supporting you as an individual.

How long are your programs?

Short answer, anywhere from 3-6 months. Simply put, long-lasting habit change doesn't happen overnight. Each program is unique to you and your goals, which allows enough time to learn, break a habit, and keep it. Each consultation takes place either over the phone, via Zoom/Skype or in person.  My 3-month program would be good for someone who has a sense of what works for them and how to maintain their goals, for example.
